    Die Bearbeitungszeit für eine papierhafte Rechnung beträgt laut einer Studie des BMIs durchschnittlich 26,8 Minuten. Dazu gehört

    • Verarbeitung des Posteingangs
    • Vorbereitung der inhaltlichen Prüfung
    • formelle Prüfung der Rechnung
    • sachliche Prüfung
    • Freigabe und
    • Letzendlich die Zahlung der Rechnung.

    Diese Prozessschitte können mit der E-Rechnung teilweise reduziert oder sogar gänzlich entfallen. Im Optimalfall kann die Rechnung automatisiert mit der Bestellung verknüpft werden, sodass nur noch weniger als drei Minuten für die Zahlung anfallen und die Freigaben automatisch erfolgen. Im Schnitt dauert die Bearbeitung der E-Rechnung nur noch fünf Minuten, statt zuvor etwa eine halbe Stunde. Unsere Berechnung stellt einen Richtwert dar und beruht auf Quellen des BMIs.     Schoch Vögtli AG is an efficient mail-order company for school and office equipment. Its customers include both large industrial and service providers as well as schools and public institutions across Switzerland.

    Under the Schoch Vögtli motto ‘Make it simple’, we at io-market made invoicing and order processing really simple for the company.

    • So digital invoicing significantly reduces manual work and lowers the number of errors in invoice processing.
    • Schoch Vögtli buyers can now place their orders via digital interfaces.
    • Conversion is done, among other things, in cooperation with existing providers of the buyers. io-market is currently working for Schoch Vögtli with seven such interconnect partners.
    • Thanks to io-market’s cooperation with many providers there were no conversions required by Schoch Vögtli from its customers.
    • The individual Schoch Vögtli customers use different interfaces, meaning that io-market manages around 100 interfaces for the 20 or so customers.
    • For some customers with several branch offices there were even several interfaces as the individual branch offices had different interface requirements due to system conditions.

    Our io-market Team was able to acquire a large American automotive and technology company in 2016. The international conglomerate with over 100 years of company history operates across the globe and shows a revenue above 35 billion US-Dollars. In a very short time, we developed an onboarding portal for the numerous clients of the Company, in order to speed up the implementation of digital invoices.

    The EDI-Network from io-market meets all the requirements of the company in order to digitize business processes across all of Europe. We have not only implemented the solutions but executed the whole project management integrating the suppliers and migrating the suppliers from possible existing providers.

    • Every year several hundred thousands of invoices are processed. Previously manually – now completely electronically.
    • The company deals with over 7’000 suppliers in Europe, that soon have to send their invoices electronically.
    • We organized the onboarding in seven different languages, including, among others, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, and Danish.
    • Each supplier was individually advised for the best individual solution according to their size and needs. Solutions may include for example an EDI-Network or PDF2XML.
    • Customers with large amounts of data (or invoices) will profit from a direct gateway using structured data (XML).
    • io-market convinced the company through a fast and dedicated turn-around of the whole project.

    Inficon, an international company in the semi-conductor industry, recognized very early on that the seamless functioning of the procurement chain is an important factor for success. We at io-market have been providing efficient solutions for the ordering process since the start of the 2000s.

    The challenge was to be able ensure a seamless process with each of the very different suppliers. In us, Inficon found a partner which enabled them to optimize the use of the potential in the procurement process. We were able to significantly improve the performance of the supply chain through the setup of a Vendor Management Inventory system as part of numerous subsequent orders.

    • The Vendor Management Inventory system enables suppliers to plan the order independently and in the long-term using prognoses.
    • Individual supplier and company catalogues simplify and accelerate the order process at Inficon, for example, conditions are always stipulated as they are from the supplier and the orders are carried out within seconds.
    • Employees now place orders with the suppliers determined in the system according to the individually agreed conditions.
    • Orders are released directly in our system. The released orders are then automatically transferred into the SAP system at Inficon.
    • The incoming invoices are digitally signed by us as unaltered and directly entered into the SAP system via an interface.
    • Thanks to our solutions, Inficon was able to reduce the costs of the ordering process by between 50 and 70 per cent.
    • We created an individual web interface for Inficon for the fast and simple processing of customs documents.

    Hotelplan Suisse is the biggest travel business in Switzerland and employs around 900 employees. They have a network consisting of 103 branches across the country (Hotelplan and Travelhouse branches as well as Globus Reisen Lounges). Hotelplan Suisse is the Swiss subsidiary of the international operating Hotelplan-Group, that again is fully owned by Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund. The company operates the Swiss market with five travel brands: Globus Reisen, Travelhouse, Tourisme Pour Tous, Hotelplan, Migros Ferien.

    io-market set up a dedicated webshop and has taken over the administrative functions, to keep the webshop running smoothly. One of the biggest challenges io-market tackled was, to integrate and connect all interfaces.

    • Due to the amount and variety of interfaces, a standard webshop was beyond debate. Hotelplan Suisse needed a dedicated and individual webshop.
    • A conventional webshop would also struggle to include the up to 7 million articles from Hotelplan, therefore we develop a professional solution.
    • The company utilizes a voucher system. The webshops need to accept all different types of voucher reliably as well as combine them with additional credit card payments. Our solution from io-market does exactly this.    
    • The webshop is seamlessly integrated with the existing SAP-System from Hotelplan Suisse.
    • Using a dedicated interface, the webshop is directly connected to the supplier, Buchzentrum Schweiz.

    • All accounting processes are transparent and clear. Each dispatch is traceably documented.
    • Moreover, the use of our e-Archives means the complete invoicing history from receipt to original document is automatically archived without alteration in our system.
    • All invoices are digitally signed by us. This guarantees their unaltered authenticity. The digital signature is still very important, in particular for tax audits. It remains the only reliable way to prove beyond doubt that something has not been altered.
    • No more posting times: Invoices are delivered in real time. This means much shorter payment targets for invoice recipients.

The solutions from io-market enable Käppeli’s Söhne and their subsidiaries to process electronic invoices in the shortest time. Käppeli’s Söhne virtually started overnight to scan invoices in order for us to process them digitally.

    This optimization saves employees from Käppeli annoying and error-prone typewriting of the documents. We managed to successfully migrate the suppliers to use electronic invoicing (using PDF2XML or an EDI interface) in a very short turnaround time of only a few months.

    • More than 1.500 suppliers of Käppleli Söhne AG now provide digital invoices. The time savings are huge and counting as more and more suppliers are switching to e-invoices.
    • Multiple main suppliers convey the data through an individually configured EDI interface.
    • The seamless integration with existing ERP-solutions sped up the release process of each invoice.
    • The company receives all structured data in the same format and in real-time.
    • The digital data exchange yield more transparency: at a glace you can see how many transactions have been processed. And from whom.
    • The increased transparency relieves the employees and leaves them more time to dedicate to more important tasks within the company.
    • All data is digitally signed by us. This is the only secure way to prove  (e.g. for tax audits) no data has been changed.
    • Due to the nature of the building business, Käppleli Söhne receives many paper-based invoices from small enterprises.
