- We convert your PDF invoices into machine-readable files
- Avoid errors in manual invoice compilation
- More transparency and a better overview in the invoicing process
Lots of companies, particularly smaller ones and suppliers, often still send PDF invoices or printed invoices. These can be easily typed up and created in smaller companies and – provided the monthly amount is very small. For a larger volume of invoices it often makes sense to implement a holistic solution. Large companies which utilize an ERP system benefit in particular from sending and receiving digital invoices. However, this also requires that the sender of the invoice has the right technology. Smaller invoice senders often lack the technical options to send anything other than PDFs.
Our solution helps companies to convert these PDF invoices into a machine-readable file (structured file). Your ERP or accounting system can now ‘understand’ and quickly process the file.
Here’s how it works: We receive the PDF invoices via our digital channels (via e-mail, an SFTP access or our own connector) and convert these into a machine-readable file. The PFD invoice is validated and signed via our EDI network before it is sent to the recipient with the structured file so that it can be loaded into their system.
The digitalized invoice can now be automatically processed in the release process. Manual release with signatures and checks is no longer required.
